Simple Wills for a Fixed Fee (Basic)

The Dunlap Firm prepares “Simple Wills” for a $800 fee. The Dunlap Firm cannot confirm this or quote you a price until the facts and circumstances of your family situation and your estate are determined. This is a testamentary trust which goes into effect upon death. It also includes:

• Living Will (Directive to Physicians)
• Statutory Durable Power of Attorney (Financial Power of Attorney)
• Medical Power of Attorney
• HIPAA Authorization (for the release of medical information
• Execution of the Will and Supporting Affidavits

Estate Planning Packages for a Fixed Fee (Preferred)

The Dunlap Firm prepares estate planning packages that contain Simple Wills and ancillary estate planning documents such as powers of attorney and living wills. The Firm charges $1250 for a single person and $2500 for a married couple. This is a Family Trust which places some assets into the trust during your lifetime.

• Simple Will for Non-Taxable Estate
• Transfer on Death Deed
• Tax Payer Identification Number
• Instructions to establish Trust Bank account
• Living Will (Directive to Physicians)
• Statutory Durable Power of Attorney (Financial Power of Attorney)
• Medical Power of Attorney
• HIPAA Authorization (for the release of medical information)
• Declaration of Guardian
• Declaration of Guardian for Children
• Medical Power of Attorney for Children
• HIPAA Authorization (for Children)
• Appointment of Agent for Disposition of Remains
• We will assist in the execution and recording of all documents and provide cloud storage access

Advanced Estate Planning (Premium)

If a more sophisticated estate plan is required to address your estate, The Firm will require a retainer of $2500. Services will be billed at the hourly rate of $375 for our lawyers and $125 for our paralegals. We can also provide consultations from our Tax Attorney and referrals to financial advisors.
